About
I'm passionate about fitness, biohacking, nutrition, and spirituality.For years, I battled gut health issues, inflammation, and anxiety.Upon being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I felt unsupported by medical professionals who seemed to only prescribe lifelong pharmaceuticals. This pushed me to seek holistic alternatives.At the same time, I realized how birth control medication had brought about and worsened much of the chronic illness I was experiencing at this time in my life.I sought guidance from various coaches and immersed myself in the teachings of renowned Biohackers. Through this journey, I realized that my health wasn't solely influenced by my diet but also by my relationship with myself and my spirit.So, I transformed my diet, revamped my fitness regimen, and began taking appropriate supplements and peptides.More importantly, I successfully transitioned off of birth control medication which enabled me to take back control of my life.Alongside my physical transformation, I emphasized self-love and self-forgiveness. Once I fully committed to this holistic approach, both my body and soul underwent profound positive changes.The daily pain I once endured vanished, and anxiety no longer dictates my life.Now, I love helping women implement and manifest the same health changes in their lives.My coaching is more than just a fitness philosophy or single program; it's about embracing and celebrating the powerful connection between your cycle and overall health, mind, body, and spirit.
